M. Williams est chef de la direction de RBC Gestion mondiale d’actifs (RBC GMA), président du secteur clientèle institutionnelle de RBC GMA à l’échelle mondiale et membre du Comité de direction RBC GMA. Il est également chef de la direction et personne désignée responsable de RBC GMA Inc. M. Williams est devenu chef de la direction des entreprises mondiales et canadiennes en 2015 après avoir été chef de la division Clientèle institutionnelle à l’échelle mondiale et président de PH&N Institutionnel, qu’il a joint en 2005 à titre de gestionnaire de portefeuille institutionnel, spécialisé dans les titres à revenu fixe, depuis l’acquisition de la société par RBC en 2008. Il a précédemment dirigé les services-conseils en placement au Canada et dans le monde d’un cabinet-conseil multinational en assurance, gestion du risque et capital humain. M. Williams a amorcé sa carrière dans le secteur des placements en 1993.
