Clement is a senior trader and head of Asian equities trading on the Equity Trading team at RBC Global Asset Management (Asia) Limited. In this role, he manages the Hong Kong trading desk and executes trades for the organization’s Asia Pacific, Japan, and China strategies. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Clement had gained experience at major buy-side and sell-side institutions, including Harvest Global Investments Limited and BEA Union Investment, as an equity trader. He started his career in the investment industry in 2005. Clement holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management in Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Macquarie University.
