Randy is an institutional portfolio manager within the fixed income group’s Client Service Team at RBC GAM. Randy articulates and coordinates the firm’s strategies, account positioning and performance to ensure the most appropriate investment solutions and service for each client. He specializes in fixed income accounts for public and corporate clients. Prior to joining the organization, Randy was head of the insurance advisory group at a large asset management firm. For nearly five years, Randy was both portfolio manager and director of their external insurance advisory and portfolio management group. Before that, Randy was a portfolio manager and structured finance analyst/trader for RBC GAM’s predecessor company. Randy began his career in the investment industry in 1990 as a structured finance analyst and trader for a global investment management firm in the U.S.
