Alison is Managing Director of GAM Strategy for RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM). Based in Toronto, she works closely with the RBC GAM Leadership Committee (LC) to set and monitor RBC GAM’s strategic priorities and evaluate new growth opportunities globally. Alison is also the Chair of the LC’s Diversity & Inclusion sub-committee, aiming to accelerate change by leveraging data-driven insights and transparency. Prior to joining the organization in 2019, she held roles with the RBC Capital Markets Global Credit team in both Toronto and New York as well as in risk management at another large Canadian bank.
