Carolyn is an analyst on the RBC U.S. Growth Equity team at RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc. In this role, she provides fundamental research and analysis for the firm’s Small and SMID Cap Growth strategies. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Carolyn worked as an equity research analyst covering Medical Technology stocks for an American multinational investment bank. She began her career in the investment industry in 2020. Carolyn holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communications from the University of Michigan. She also holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licenses.
