Eric is a managing director and the head of Human Resources at RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) and a member of the RBC GAM Leadership Committee. He assumed this role in 2009, having earlier worked as a recruiter and a human resources advisor since joining Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management as a manager in the Human Resources department in 2000, which is when he started his career in the investment industry.
