Marcello is a managing director and a senior portfolio manager on the RBC North American Equity team at RBC Global Asset Management Inc. In this role, he is responsible for selecting stocks in the information technology, telecommunication services, and media sectors. Prior to joining the firm in 1997, Marcello worked at a Canadian bond rating agency, where he helped determine credit ratings for telecommunications and media companies. He has been a portfolio manager and a member of the team since 1999. Marcello began his career in the investment industry in 1992.
