Tom is a managing director and a BlueBay senior portfolio manager on the BlueBay Fixed Income team at RBC Global Asset Management (UK) Limited, focusing on Investment Grade (IG) within European non-sovereign debt. In this role, he manages the firm's European Corporate Strategy, including a flagship mutual fund and several bespoke mandates. During his tenure at the firm, he has been instrumental in driving the success of the European IG credit strategy, both in absolute return and benchmark portfolios, as well as developing the growing number of buy-and-maintain strategies. Tom started his career in the investment industry in 2005.
